Promotion Terms and Conditions

2021 Holiday Sale (“Offer”) Terms, Conditions and Exclusions (“Terms”) 

1. The promoter of this offer is Cochlear Limited (“Cochlear”)

2. The Offer is valid from 12:00pm (AEDT) 16 November 2021 to 4:59pm (AEDT) 3 December 2021, (“Offer Period”), for items ordered on the Cochlear™ Online Store, Australia www.cochlear.com/au/mycochlear.

3. To receive a 20% discount on your product purchase (“Discount”) during the Offer Period, you must be a registered Cochlear™ Nucleus® and/or Cochlear Baha® implant recipient residing in Australia and registered as a myCochlear™ account holder.

4. During the Offer Period, the Discount;

    i.   will automatically be applied to product(s) at the time of purchase on the Cochlear™ Online Store, Australia;

    ii.  will be limited to a maximum of 20 items (excluding batteries, where a maximum number of 100 batteries will receive the Discount);

    iii. will not apply to a purchase of the Kanso® 2 Sound Processor

5. Returns and exchanges are subject to the Cochlear Return and Refund Policy and Cochlear’s Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you return or seek a refund on any product purchased using the Offer, the value of the Discount will not be refunded to you.

6. Delivery charges may apply to orders placed during the Offer Period. COVID-19 restriction may impact delivery times and service to some locations.

7. To the extent permitted by law, Cochlear (acting reasonably) reserves the right to change these terms at any time, including the discontinuance of the Offer. Changes to these Terms will be available on the Cochlear Online Store, Australia.

8. These Terms are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
